Clerk : Do you have your receipt?
Ivy : Yes, it's in the box.
Clerk : Would you like to get a larger size?
Ivy : I don't think so. I think I just want my money back.
Clerk : Could you please write your name, address, and telephone number on this form?
Ivy : Sure, no problem.
